מדיניות פרטיות
Tamtzit היא אפליקציה להקלטה, תמלול וסיכום של שיחות, פגישות והרצאות. ההקלטות שלך הן מהמידע הפרטי ביותר שיש — ולכן המדיניות הזו כתובה בפשטות, ואומרת בדיוק לאן כל פיסת מידע הולכת.
1. מי אחראי על המידע
השירות מופעל על ידי גיא דור ("אנחנו"). לכל שאלה או בקשה בנושא פרטיות: [email protected].
2. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

אנחנו לא אוספים מיקום, אנשי קשר, או מידע למטרות פרסום, ואין באפליקציה פרסומות. המצלמה והמיקרופון פועלים רק כשאתה מקליט או מצלם.
3. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
רק כדי לתת לך את השירות: לתמלל, לסכם, לאפשר חיפוש ושאלות על ההקלטות, לסנכרן בין המכשירים שלך, לשלוח התראות ודוא"ל שקשורים לחשבון, ולשפר את האמינות של האפליקציה.
אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע, לא משתמשים בו לפרסום, ולא משתמשים בהקלטות או בתמלולים שלך כדי לאמן מודלים של בינה מלאכותית.
4. איפה המידע מעובד
ההקלטות, התמלולים, הקבצים והתובנות נשמרים ומעובדים בשרתים שאנחנו מפעילים בעצמנו, בישראל. כל הבינה המלאכותית רצה אצלנו: התמלול, הסיכומים, התובנות, הכותרות, הסידור לאוספים, קריאת מסמכים סרוקים, החיפוש והתשובות לשאלות — כולם במודלים שרצים על השרתים שלנו. התוכן שלך לא נשלח לשום חברת בינה מלאכותית חיצונית, אלא אם אתה עצמך חיברת אחת (ראו סעיף 5).
5. למי המידע מועבר
אנחנו נעזרים בספקי שירות, שמקבלים רק את מה שנחוץ לתפקידם, ורק כדי לספק לך את השירות:

נמסור מידע לרשות מוסמכת רק אם נחויב לכך על פי דין.
6. שיתוף עם משתמשים אחרים
כשאתה משתף הקלטה עם משתמש אחר, הוא מקבל עותק משלו אחרי שהוא מאשר. מחיקת ההקלטה אצלך לא מוחקת את העותק שכבר נמסר לו.
7. אבטחה
התקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS), סיסמאות נשמרות כגיבוב בלבד, אסימוני גישה לשירותים חיצוניים נשמרים מוצפנים, והגישה לשרתים מוגבלת. אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין, אבל אנחנו מתייחסים להקלטות שלך בהתאם לרגישות שלהן.
8. כמה זמן המידע נשמר, ואיך מוחקים
הקלטה שמחקת עוברת לסל האשפה למשך 30 יום — כדי שתוכל לשחזר טעות — ואז נמחקת לצמיתות.
מחיקת החשבון — מתוך האפליקציה (הגדרות ← מחיקת חשבון) או לפי ההוראות בעמוד tamtzit.com/delete-account. החשבון ננעל מיד, ואחרי 30 יום נמחקים לצמיתות החשבון וכל ההקלטות, הקבצים, התמלולים והתובנות שלך. התחברות מחדש בתוך 30 הימים מבטלת את המחיקה.
גיבויים — לצורך התאוששות מתקלות אנו שומרים גיבויים מוצפנים עד 6 חודשים, ולאחר מכן גם הם נמחקים. מידע שמחקת עשוי להישאר בגיבויים האלה עד שיתחלפו, ואינו משמש לשום מטרה אחרת.
קבצים שסונכרנו ל-Google Drive שלך נמצאים בחשבון שלך ובשליטתך, ואינם נמחקים על ידינו.
9. הזכויות שלך
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, אתה רשאי לעיין במידע שנשמר עליך, לבקש לתקן אותו, ולבקש למחוק אותו. את רוב הדברים אפשר לעשות בעצמך באפליקציה — לערוך, לייצא (טקסט או PDF) ולמחוק. לכל בקשה אחרת: [email protected]. אינך חייב למסור לנו מידע, אבל ללא כתובת דוא"ל וללא הקלטות לא נוכל לספק את השירות.
10. הקלטה של אנשים אחרים
אתה אחראי לכך שההקלטות שאתה מבצע חוקיות, ולקבל הסכמה מהמשתתפים כשהדין או הנסיבות מחייבים זאת. הקלטות עשויות לכלול מידע רגיש — למשל מידע רפואי או אישי על אחרים; אנחנו מעבדים אותו רק כדי לספק לך את השירות, ורק אתה מחליט מה להקליט, לשמור ולשתף.
11. גיל
השירות מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע על קטינים.
12. שינויים במדיניות
אם נשנה את המדיניות באופן מהותי, נודיע על כך באפליקציה לפני שהשינוי ייכנס לתוקף.
Privacy Policy
Tamtzit records, transcribes and summarizes conversations, meetings and lectures. Recordings are about the most private data there is, so this policy is written plainly and says exactly where each piece of data goes.
1. Who is responsible
The service is operated by Guy Dor ("we"). Privacy questions and requests: [email protected].
2. What we collect

We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising data, and the app shows no ads. The camera and microphone are used only while you record or take a photo.
3. How we use it
Only to provide the service: transcribe, summarize, let you search and ask questions about your recordings, sync across your devices, send account-related notifications and email, and keep the app reliable.
We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or use your recordings or transcripts to train AI models.
4. Where it is processed
Recordings, transcripts, files and insights are stored and processed on servers we operate ourselves, in Israel. All AI runs on our own servers: transcription, summaries, insights, titles, collection filing, reading scanned documents, search and answers to your questions. Your content is not sent to any outside AI company unless you connect one yourself (see section 5).
5. Who receives data
We use service providers who receive only what their role requires, and only to provide the service to you:

We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
6. Sharing with other users
When you share a recording with another user, they receive their own copy once they accept. Deleting yours does not delete a copy already delivered.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as hashes, tokens for outside services are stored encrypted, and server access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your recordings with the care their sensitivity demands.
8. Retention and deletion
A recording you delete goes to the trash for 30 days — so a mistake can be undone — and is then permanently deleted.
Deleting your account — in the app (Settings → Delete account) or as described at tamtzit.com/delete-account. Your account is locked at once, and after 30 days the account and all your recordings, files, transcripts and insights are permanently deleted. Signing in again within those 30 days cancels the deletion.
Backups — for disaster recovery we keep encrypted backups for up to 6 months, after which they are deleted too. Data you delete may remain in those backups until they rotate out, and is used for nothing else.
Files synced to your Google Drive live in your own account, under your control, and are not deleted by us.
9. Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may access the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Most of this you can do yourself in the app — edit, export (text or PDF) and delete. For anything else: [email protected]. You are not obliged to give us data, but without an email address and recordings we cannot provide the service.
10. Recording other people
You are responsible for making sure your recordings are lawful and for getting participants' consent where the law or the circumstances require it. Recordings may contain sensitive information — for example medical or personal details about others; we process it only to provide the service to you, and only you decide what to record, keep and share.
11. Age
The service is for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data about minors.
12. Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
